- Admission to the sale is open to all. However, we reserve the right to refuse admittance for any reason, to limit the number of guests admitted to the sale, and to eject any guest from the sale for any reason.
- Bag checks may be conducted. You can be asked to assist during the check. If you refuse a check of your bags you can be asked to leave the sale venue and not return. Having entered the sale venue knowing that bag checks may be conducted, you have accepted our right to ask you to open your bags for checking.
- There are no returns, exchanges or refunds if you have changed your mind or if the goods have been damaged by misuse or abnormal use after purchase.
- Where goods are sold in less than perfect condition, for example where they are shop-soiled or defective, you will be made aware of the fault before you purchase. There are no returns, exchanges or refunds if you proceed with the purchase with knowledge of the fault.
