Free Standing Oven (for IP)

Oven in my IP died, looking for a decent free standing upright, 54cm. What would people recommend?

The oven itself is not what will cost you but the removal and installation from electrician. I am looking for a new oven and I guess for IP you want a decent one but it does not have to be top of the line. Even for a mid range oven with free removal of the old one, allow about $250-280 for installation from an electrician. Those are the quotes I have been getting

Our property manager is telling us it's about $1200 to source and install and dispose of the old oven
