  Is that 18W total output (effectively one port at a time) or 30W (18W QC3 + standard 12W port)? It seems to suggest only 18W which makes the two ports somewhat useless.

  Trying to compare to Tronsmart Presto (12000mAh) which has 33W total output (1 QC3 18W + 1 USB3 Type-C 15W).
