Xbox One - Misplaced physical game and download codes - options?

Short story

feeling stupid
purchased the $299 bundle from Big W today, Minecraft comes as a seperate item.
then went and did food shopping
unpacking car at home and realise that I must have left the game in the trolley.
went back, trolley still there, game not
came home, opened console box and discover no download codes in box, they must have been in the minecraft case.

Questions

aside from begging at Big W which I will be doing, is there any recovery from this?
are the codes traced by Big W? can they cancel the ones I lost and replace them?

Only chance you've got is if the trolley was in view of a security camera. But then Big W is just going to blame you anyway.

I am sympathetic to your case, it really does suck, but it's on you i'm afraid.

The pack I bought came with Minecraft Game (disc) and 2 cards
Lego the movie video game (Download Card)
Another (Download card) with 4 options including Forza 6, Gears of War Ultimate, Rare replay (Cant remember the other)

BIG w would have NO idea what the download codes were, u can only hope u beg hard enough.. Sorry mate

went back, paid $25 to get the game pack (same as was with the bundle).
better outcome that I was expecting.
not sure if that means anyone could buy it like that currently?

Although highly unlikely. Did you at least ask at Big W lost and found to see if someone handed it in?
