    I actually bought two from this shop earlier this year, the quality is on par with other OZ made but you can order the style and sole etc and collect in a week.
    The owner and shoe maker was nice enough but not giving me much discount.

      Heres some info that not everyone will tell you.

      There are many UGG boot manufacturers and retailers around the world, not everyone makes them and not all that are made are actually made in Australia (even if they have Australia in the name)

      We interpret Original / UGG boots to be REAL as the ones that are MADE in Australia from genuine twin faced (one piece) sheepskin which is exactly what we do. We have been manufacturing UGG boots for nearly 30 years.

      Other companies products may be made in China, made from synthetic materials, may be pig / cow skin stuck on sheepskin the list goes on.

      The biggest UGG boots company in the world (UGG Australia) which is owned by Deckers (parent company) is mostly made in China and is actually American owned. (yet has Australia in the name)

      It is best to do as much research as possible into the company to ensure you are getting what you are searching for, which we believe is genuine Aussie made UGG boots.

      We are proudly Australian Made and Owned, we welcome people to our Factory where they can see that are entirely transparent, we employ Aussies to make an Aussie icon.

      If there is any more info you need please let us know and we will do our best to help, We know it is a very confusing topic because most people believe that there is only 1 UGG company which isnt true.

    Are there any waterproof ones? I can see the rugged ones but no mention of waterproof.

      Hi There,

      Sheepskin is somewhat naturally water resistant,

      We offer water resistant skins in the form of choc napa and black napa skins which makes the UGGs even more water resistent. However you can also purchase our UGG care kit which includes a water resistant spray that helps on regular skins too.

      We dont offer any 100% waterproof UGG boots as these are hand crafted boots so there will always be slight differences between every pair which we cannot control due to using natural materials (sheepskin)

    I can vouch for these guys - my husband and I both wear uggs bought from this seller. Got mine last winter and wearing them now as I type, they look as new as the day I got them.

    I'm also going to vouch for these guys, I went in to grab a pair after this deal https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/202085 They definitely manufacture on site and I have warm toasty feet. Boots are still going strong after nearly a year.

        I have no problem with that at all, just giving bargain hunters an option. Superior products usually deserve a premium and supporting local industry is a good thing for those who can afford it. I've sent Australian Leather a message asking them to confirm that their product is made in this country from Australian raw materials.

          Totally understandable. Ebay is a great place for bargains, its just a minefield when it comes to the truth. We really appreciate your kind words and agree that superior products do deserve a premium as well as local made products for those that can afford it. We try our best to provide our products at the most affordable prices we can, and run specials as often as we can. The best way to find out if the products are actually made in Australia is to ask to see their factory location. Keep in mind, some companies simply "finish" the UGG boots here, everything else comes pre cut, pre prepared overseas.

          A very good point.

          "Australian Made" and other logos have been a bone of contention with consumers for a long time. Just looked and this is the latest:

          Australian Made
          The product has been manufactured here (not just packaged or assembled); and
          50% or more of the cost of making it can be attributed to Australian materials and/or production processes.

          Product of Australia
          All of the product's significant ingredients come from Australia; and
          All, or nearly all of the manufacturing or processing has been carried out in Australia.

          Product of Australia > Australian Made as far as being authentic is concerned

          @Possumbly: Correct, sad isnt it? We source absolutely everything we can from Australia and they are entirely manufactured here. Even within the guidelines of the Australian made campaign some people take advantage of this and still slap made in Australia triangles on products that are clearly not.

          Thats why even the Australian Made triangle is not the be all and end all to prove Aussie made, its much better when you can see it for yourself that the products are all physically being made here. Its a never ending battle and one that Government should have a hand in but the do not.

    Wish you made boots like Emu makes there Cooma boot. Even though they don't manufacture all there products here. its an amazing boot. So warm and stylish. As much as i don't mind uggs, and i love Australian made products. I can't wear uggs to work or go out for dinner in them.

      Yes there are plenty of cheaper options, not all made in Australia, not all made from genuine sheepskin but we feel that we created products that will last you. We are in the business to make long term happy customers.

      You need to first decide what you are looking for, is it genuine sheepskin?, is it Aussie made?, is it the quality?

      We stand behind our product and it really speaks for itself.
