Buying Board/Card Games from AliExpress

I was wondering what experiences people have had with buying board games from aliexpress.

What is the quality like? i.e image resolution and finished product quality

I bought Ticket to Ride card game from a Chinese Ebay seller.
Instructions were in Chinese, and photocopied. Printing was below the quality of the Australian version.
For my purposes - a version of a game we like to take camping - it was OK, but it would have been a disappointment if I had wanted it for a gift etc.
BTW - the card game isn't nearly as much fun as the board version, too much to keep track of.

    • Cheers m8. How long did it take for your order to arrive?

Normal time for China, 3 or 4 weeks.

    • so they aren't legit?

      • I don't think so, but I don't know. I would guess they are "night shift" production runs in the same factory or scanned duplicates made elsewhere. But perhaps the original publishers have issued legitimate Chinese market licences that are being produced to target a lower price point in that market, and the photocopy rules are an enterprising local making them available to the international market.
