Best Hosting/all-in-one providers for small business

Hi all,

I am looking for cheap and reliable hosting provider for a small business with the following requirements:

  1. Should include a domain (as the business hasn't registered any yet)

  2. Should have the possibility of establishing a webshop/online shop (if not initially, then at least it should be possible at a later date)

  3. Should have a website builder/website building tool

  4. Ideally, the webshop should have the ability to accept custom created coupons

  5. Payment methods should include Visa, Mastercard, Eftpos, and Paypal.

  6. Should be cheap and cost-effective

  7. If possible, datacenter should be hosted in Europe

If anybody has any hints/experiences with great, reliable and cheap providers, any information and input would be greatly appreciated and welcomed.

      You're really looking for a number of services, not just hosting.

    You seem to be confusing website and website hosting in some of your points. If you've got a crap website don't blame your website host - blame you.

      There is nothing in place. Not blaming anybody.

      Looking at sites such as weebly or wix who offer packages containing hosting, domain, website builder and webshop.

      Just wondering which provider is best and if it can be done better/cheaper than the weebly packages.

        Those aren't traditional website hosters. They are complete website packages. And I would be wary. Hard to port in and out of - so they can hold you to ransom. Perhaps get a website created via WordPress, or a store via Shopify.

          OK. But would it not be the same situation then with say Shopify for example, regarding the ransom issue?
          Also, would it be just a webshop on Shopify or could one also have pages providing info about the shop?

    You probably want to look at Shopify, Squarespace, Big commerce, etc.

    Just buy your domain from ventraip and configure the name servers yourself, it's really easy, if you send them a message they will do it for you.

    I have 2 web sites and got fed up with my host letting me down and being so slow to respond, was recommended Hosting Australia recently and have been astounded with their excellent service changing over and fixing the problems encountered, even available on weekends, prices reasonable too. I have no association with this business.
