Buy One Get One Free Kentucky Pulled Pork Burger Combo (KFC Xpress App Restaurants Only)

131

Just got a push notification letting me know you can get a "Buy One Get One Free" offer on Kentucky Pulled Pork Burger combos at KFC stores which accept orders through the Xpress app only until Monday the 11th. Good value in terms of what you get for $7.95, however the burger itself is not the greatest (in my opinion). If you feel like eating pork at a chicken restaurant, this is the offer for you!

Note there is a maximum of two BOGOF deals per transaction. Use the app to find out if KFC's near you accept app orders.

  • No Melbourne CBD stores but 1 support the App… Righty O.

    • KFC 401 Swanston Street, Melbourne CBD should be available on the App

      • Yeah have to pass 2 other stores to get there.. would have been nice if more stores used the app.

  • I can't find a list of stores on the KFC website. I doubt Echuca is on the list but I'm trying to find out.

If someone could take a look at the app for me I'd really appreciate it.

    • You from Moama / Echuca area?

      • Sort of, 80ks north but will be in Echuca on Thursday

I've checked for you. Unfortunately the Echuca store doesn't accept app orders.

      • Cheers, thanks for looking

  • Has anyone tried the burger? Any feedback?

Greg's Kitchen from Youtube has reviewed it.

I don't know if the naming of "Roll" is any different than "Burger".

I've tried one. It's OK but tiny. You would need 2 yourself.
I wouldn't bother getting one again

See my comment here and read feedback from others in that thread. In short: stay away.

Yerp, not a very nice burger. Luckily the store manager was nice enough to give me a replacement original fillet burger after struggling through two bites.

  • Yeah it is a terrible burger, I would prefer the black burger again that wasnt too bad.

    • Ugh you're right, this thing is total garbage. I just bought this deal, and am enjoying the chips much more…

That Black burger is way better than this one…

KFC need to stick to chicken products only IMO

  • I don't recommend this burger

  • KFC town hall Sydney is accepting the apps?

    • Dulwich Hill looks to the closest KFC to the CBD to accept app orders.

  • I had read that it was sweet and have to agree it was very sweet compared to pulled pork burgers you get elsewhere. I also wouldn't try it again

  • are there any xpress stores in brisbane yet?

    • It looks like there isn't any at all in Queensland yet. Could be because of the whole separate franchise thing.

      • Well, the main problem is that the Xpress app is built of the POS software from NCR. QLD stores uses a completely different POS software from Task Retail so I'm guessing it will be a while before they can get it working
