I am travelling overseas at the beginning of August for about 9 weeks, mostly to South East Asia (Thailand, Cambodia, Vietnam, Laos, Myanmar, but also Greece, Turkey, Israel, Egypt, Jordon) and was looking at a couple of travel sims and stumbled across the World Sim Global WiFi Pass.
For $40/month I can access wifi around the world (not sure how), but I think this suits my purpose as I can use Skype to make calls if I need.
Anyone had experience using this before? Anyone know how it works? I guess isn't similar to 3G?
There is no coverage map on their website, and the customer support lady sounded like she hated her job, and gave very vague one sentence responses, pretty much reading off the website verbatim. She assured me it world work all over the world when I repeatedly asked for a coverage map. I'm not even sure how the technology works, so I'm a little bit skeptical.

Hi, I have also been interested in their new launch. Their support informed that they have added the coverage map. I have bought one as I would be travelling to South Korea and Singapore. It is an APP that allows you to connect to some recognised wifi locations by the APP.
