when they do the sydney one, they do it on a thursday and it gets packed as!
Went to an ANZ employees and friends one before. Address displayed corresponds to the same place. Store is quite small (maybe I was expecting more?), not much to offer… Lots of golf stuff though. I managed to get a shirt, just so I could justify the drive there. Went in the evening, was packed with people but most were leaving empty handed. I wouldn't be going there again that's for sure.
Agreed, i didn't find anything worthwhile when I have gone previously. Staff usually clear out the best stuff beforehand but some people are willing to pay more than others for branded stuff so good luck to those who go - Post your results here on your return!

This is not the garage sale where cardboard boxes are used to collect junk, rather you buy off their corporate showroom at a discounted price (latest models).
It is primarily a bargain if you want to buy the latest version of a shoe that is not available for discount and agree it is not the place to find the cheapest shoe or clothing!
They're not their latest items, they are mostly discontinued items…
You obviously have no been to the HQ/Showroom sales. All new items and generally a good selection for everyone.
My sis when to the last one… Mostly rubbish discontinued stuff, such as footy gear with old sponsors logos on them… or stuff they just couldn't sell elsewhere…
So, you haven't been there yourself… I still you are somewhat confused with the other 'warehouse' type sale rather then this smaller showroom sale.
Guess you never heard the saying one mans rubbish is another mans treasure. I've personally found plenty of new season stock there.

Based on my previous visit, yes, the showroom can only hold 100 or so and I think they may have O H & S issues otherwise (my guess!)
nice… i wish they'd have this in Brisbane too.
last time i went it was terrible, price was ridiculous and clothes were crap bad selection no variety.
never goin to this again until its 80% off and you'll find out y.
yea went here last year, and found that they had a lot of old stock that all other sports stores were clearing out. Its not even like super savings, cause its only 40% off RRP when I went, N had to wait in a long line to get in too!
My friend called to RSVP and was told it was not a public event, only for corporates which seemed a bit odd.
does that mean you need to be someone who is somewhat related to the adidas employees there? or is it still OK for peeps to just call up and RSVP
affirmative..I called up for a RSVP and they said they needed some identification to prove that you are somewhat related to an adidas employee which means you got to bring the employee staff along with you
all stocks were good and they even let u in w/o RVSP on the 2nd night, it was good
