  Hi,

  I am trying to place an order but it's not going through.

  It's adding up extra postage amount on top.

  Tried calling on the number mentioned on the website but the guy said its not a SilverJoy number anymore.

  Not sure if this is genuine or fake.

  I can see this is associated post, Please contact the person who is trying to place order #123.

  Hi Hg,

  I've called you but the lady that answered the phone said she did not made any orders - is that your wife?
  You have extra postage added to your order because you choose Express Post and not regular service - regular postage is free.
  The phone number is reallocated - the business is now about to be closed (that's why the discounts for the stock clearance) and we did not paid the phone number for another year.

  Be sure we are a genuine business and all orders will be processed/dispatched.
