Victorian Government runs Small business Victoria Festival in the month of August every year.
There are lots of free webinars and events held online and in different locations in Victoria.
Will be helpful for the small business owners and the business teachers alike.
Some of you might say its not a bargain but getting knowledge for free is an absolute bargain for me. :)
If you want small business info with a lot more specifics, a attend conferences quarterly with a company called Business Blueprint. They also have a extranet with somewhere between 500-1000 how-to videos.

i've been the ones last year, i found it mainly useless because they just talk about vague points without going into real specifics. Alot of them are hosted by consulting firms so they say pay up $$$ for those specifics.
Many of the sessions are also hosted by entrepreneurs who just like to show off about how successful they are without really telling you how (they just go around in circles)
