      I have not been told of a fire incident, I was told that my item is in Australia and I need to keep waiting.

      Seller is not offering any resolution. I told seller I am going to contact my credit card company as seller does not seem to be interested in resolution. I always just get the same message: Australia Post is wrong, the item is in Australia and I need to wait longer for delivery (I am in Perth).

      This is the first time I have ever had such a problem with purchasing from AliExpress.

        Just keep asking for Lu Lida/Yao/Cheng to send you screenshot evidence, some staff are super dodgy, and we often get dodgy sellers on OzB like GearBest, GeekBuying, etc. A lot of us have had nightmare experiences of these sellers avoiding accountability. The other Aliexpress Aukey sellers may be better that Aukey official store, just got to negotiate a bargain with the seller and time the bargain at the same time the dodgy sellers try to swindle us. Aukey and other companies will also know to replace their staff, and improve their procedures and systems the more negative feedback they receive. When the other Aukey resellers demonstrate good performance, maybe will become the new staff?

        Conclusion: all you can do while waiting is ask for express shipping, gather all the screenshot evidence, and write the complaint to lodge to your credit card company, then forward to Aliexpress. Sellers won't get away and will pay dearly for swindling customers. Bad reputation is difficult to come back from.

  Don't worry guys, shipping took quite a while, I only just received mine today. Any way to determine the battery status on these? Theres only one LED indicator and that's on the power button.

      Order time & date: 06:18 Jul. 17 2016. I also did not have any tracking info beyond the "Arrived at country of destination", was going to open a dispute this week but suprised to see it delivered finally.

  Finally arrived, I'm an idiot though, thought the included cable was going to fit, so I forced it into the lightning connector, little realising that it's a usb-c. Meh, still works fine
