This isnt a complaint but a compliment.
Just want to point out that i had been looking at a watch on star buy all week waiting for payday. Well payday rocked around
and the good discount ended with the item increasing by $100. Disappointed I thought Id email them to see if they would be able to
reduce the price just hours after the deal ended and within 2 hours I received an email saying they will sort it all out in the morning
(they were about to start warehousing; small business?). The following day I had appointment after appointment and didnt read the email (and price
reduced link) till 4pm. Purchased at 5pm and arrived this morning by about 10am!!! (not quiet metro- not used to that).
Iv dealt with them before when i purchased kitchen knives over the Christmas new years break and theat went very well too but
great customer service always stands out to me. Im in a really good mood right now but thought id give them a fluff while I reflected on it all.
