  • So does the 14 days start on the day of order, or the day of delivery?

    • +1

From the day it is sent, however we factor in 2 additional days for delivery.

Is this a bargain? i think this is just advertisement.

You better post this in the forum or else would get banned.

ebgames has free rental of 7 days for new games and 14 days for pre-owned.

That's not free rental, that's you abusing the return system.

      • THANK YOU! Finally. Thats the best way ANYONE has EVER put it. Thank you, kind sir. Every single time someone brings up a game rental deal, some jackass points out the eb RENTAL policy. It's not a RENTAL policy. It's a return policy.

        Thank you tantryl.

        • Spot on I agree

  • tell him hes dreamin

  • yeah….14 days and paying approximately 25% of a full price game is not worth it. Rather find 4 friends to share the cost of the game. Negative~!

    • $48 for a new release australian game title, now that is a bargain. you should post the link for these so we can all benefit!

  • There's no bargain here. Here there's no bargain, alright? Bargain "no"

  • Agreed, this is quite the opposite of a bargain.

  • Oh more - than +. Puzzles me though how it still says 4 votes on the main page. Shouldnt it be -2 just so we don't waste a mouseclick and bandwidth?

  • hmm. I think the description is a bit misleading. The $11.95 is for the "lite" try it plan which seems to be a "casual" rate, it is per game.

They also seem to have a monthly unlimited plan, where you can have 2 games out at once for $33. Theoretically, if you did 2 games a week then you'd get 8 rentals a month = which equals around $4 each game. A lot cheaper than $11.95. And compared to video ezy/blockbuster for new release games its about the same or a few dollars cheaper. My video ezy doesn't even have a lot of the games on the OPs site!

That said, I'm not sure its a bargain as the pricing is similar to the stores for those unlimited plans - but there is a 20% discount for the try it, so.. +

  • I dont no if all video ezys have this, but for the one in launceston every tuesday all game rentals are $2, u can have them for a week. Seems better then 11.95 for 14 days

    • $2 dollars for a week?

    • Hi There, I'm curious about this special every Tuesday from Video Ezy whereby you can rent any game for $2 per week? are you refering to new release games such as God of War 3, Splinter Cell Conviction, Dead to rights etc or are they old titles?
