Why is GTA still so expensive? Came out donkeys' years earlier than fallout and it's double the price..

      Try being a Wii U owner! :P

        Yeah, nah, no thanks

Because it's the most expansive open-world game on a console.

Also, there's less reasons to sell it lower when people are already happy to pay the full price - like the time a saw someone drop $110 in cash for the game at EB.

i was thinking the same thing still almost retail lol

    • I think it has something to do with the ongoing online support from Rockstar, but that is just a guess. It's still cheaper than Red Dead Redemption on Xbone BC, and multiplayer for that is dead…

Buy all the free dlc first for the 360. Then it should change

        • Oh yes that's right, you need to get a free 360 DLC. Thanks :)

    • $30USD on the store. Snagged it yesterday.

Still happy with my $20 GTAV XB1 Dick Smith purchase :)

Scored mine for $16 s/h, it sits on my shelf with the other 100 unplayed games :(

  • GTAV is STILL a best seller that's why price isn't going down much. Most ppl pick it up with their new console purchases and pretty much a house hold item for any gamer.

$48 is a good price go for it if u haven't played it yet
