haha, I had that calculator watch, maybe an earlier model from 2009.

I also bought the exact looking Spy Watch back around 2011 from eBay for about $20.

It was the worst thing I have ever bought. I could only get it to record sometimes.

I couldn't work out when it was recording, so it was a guess.

If you ever wanted it to record something seriously I would avoid this watch, unless they have evolved since 2011.

But to be honest this is probably the same watch with Kogan's markup.

I would suggest getting something from a well known brand, if something exists.

        Or at least something reviewed.

EDIT: Here is the same watch for under $12 delivered from china.

Australian stock @ Jaycar for under $15. Apparently lower quality recordings.

You will enjoy this for ~30 minutes tops before realising it's complete and utter useless garbage.

Hit record on your phone and hold it casually and you already have a far far far superior covert recording device. And I'd be way less suspicious of someone holding a phone than someone holding a watch pointed precariously at my face.

If you really want to feel like James Bond I suggest contract killing a high powered executive of a Russian oil firm, then bedding his newly widowed wife whilst getting drunk on vodka. A much better Bond experience. It could be available on Red Balloon.

    • that sounds 'glamourous' LOL I always see pop-up ads for Russian bride-wifes! LOL

  • I just want a watch with a laser capable of cutting steel.
