Found CPU and RAM in my demolition work, how much are they worth?

So I was doing demolition work and saw a bent motherboard on the ground so I picked it up and saw that while it was bent, the CPU and RAM looked in good working condition so I removed them and put them in my pocket.

Just wondering how much I can get for them on gumtree, any tips?

I am currently building my own first computer so this find will gladly help me save.

CPU seems to be Intel i5 750 and the RAM is GSKILL DDR3 2GBx4.

Here's the link to the pictures: http://imgur.com/a/v4m1R

Thanks.

The CPU uses an intel LGA1156. These motherboards are no longer sold unless you try ebay or 2nd hard. Its not a terrible processor but was launched in 09. The risk is take is unless you can verify it isn't faulty, you would need to buy an obsolete motherboard to find out. The RAM again is DDR3 which is still used today but has been replaced by DDR4, being only 2 gig sticks you would again taking risks. I personally would not invest a single cent on these items, risk vs rewards is too high.

Put em on eBay with a 99c start and a comment saying removed from end-of-life computer, sold untested.
You're unlikely to get more than $10 or so, unfortunately.
If you had a friend who fixes up old computers, they would be useful to them, or maybe you can use them as an introduction to make such a friend? That person could assist with your own PC build.
