I bought a Xiaomi 10000mAh power bank from Banggond. I used it for two months, and it is no longer working. My question is, am I just unlucky? How long do they usually last? Surely it's more than two months?

After I contacted customer service, they asked me to send them a video. When I said that a video wouldn't show anything, they told me that it's "out of the promising period", so they won't resend or refund. I have now lodged a claim with PayPal.

1yr warranty should be the minimum
