Found the problem. It's not just where UPS Express Saver Shipping is available, you have to physically click on UPS Express Saver to get the code to work. My cart was set to UPS Expedited Shipping.
This is a great bargain. Got two tuantuan sleeping bags sent to my niece and nephew in the uk. Saved me a bomb of cash.
Anyone get it to work? I have over $150 in my cart. Homepage banner has domestic shipping as SDCSEE not SDCSEA. Neither work. Op, do you have a link to the T&Cs of the international promo to make sure I am doing it right?
