Coles Reloadable Mastercard

Obviously a lot of people picked up the Coles Reloadable Mastercard in the recent deals.

I have been using this for a couple of weeks and are finding the online portal as glitchy as hell. It'll show a zero balance when you know you have one. It'll say there are zero transactions when there definitely have been some.

I like the idea of getting flybuys points for transactions you wouldn't normally get them on, but I'm finding the website terrible and really unreliable. Like right now, it was not showing a Top-Up option and also a $0.00 balance (which is not true). Three minutes later the balance is there but the transaction history is gone. Anyone else finding this? How has your experience been so far?

    I have been using the portal for 5-6 months on my mobile (firefox) and never had a glitch. One issue I know of, is the TopUp page keeps showing your old balance after a TopUp unless you refresh it. Other than that site is pretty good. What browser are you using?

    I haven't had any issues using Chrome on Windows and Mac.
    When I first log in it shows the balance as zero for about 1 second and then the page sort of refreshes and shows the current balance. Transactions show up fine as well.

    Have you tried a different browser?
