  • its about time they offered this. The idea has been around for like 6 or 7 years.. I remember a company opening up doing that failed called choco churro or something like that

    • this exists for at least 30 years in Latim America… I am surprised that San churros hasnt offer this before…

  • +6

    They look like portable arseholes.

    • WTH! LOL! Don't mistake them for delicious sandwiches and eat them in that case. :)

  • I've had churros for the first time at a place in Adelaide last night, and it kinda seems very expensive for something made of flour and sugar, and dipped in chocolate liquid. Three churros and a small plastic container of dark chocolate "sauce" for $8.95. It was cold night and I was hungry and near the place so I thought try it, since there were many people in it. Dipping them in the chocolate liquid was messy, or maybe I was an amateur and didn't know how to master eating them lol. The filled ones might be a better idea, I think.

    • you're right, it is quite cheap (and easy) to make churros at home if you've got the time. I think it requires too much work for so few pieces but luckily i have mum for that.

    • just hope they are better then the GYG ones.

pricy yes, pretty much goes for any popular street food bought to the masses

    • has abit to do with not that many stores offering it. In the u.s its so cheap due to so many Mexican takeaway/people. Mexican food still has abit of catching up to do in aus I think.

    • O! I see why they are pricey then. I never tried them before and somehow couldn't believe that three churros cost $9. Well, I live in Adelaide so I am not sure if they cost the same in every other Australian city.
