Once you've signed up, you'll receive emails from time to time with "Member Only" deals which can be quite good discounts … but I'd only recommend ordering online and doing in-store pickup, rather than going in and trying to buy the items directly. The discount price IS valid in-store as well (as per the emails) but trying to use your membership number/card is a hassle. There's a membership number barcode on your online account which you can use as an e-card, but I didn't have a smartphone when I signed up a while ago, so got a physical card from our local DDS. However their computer system isn't set up to handle the loyalty scheme properly, the cards won't scan (and often neither will be e-cards, according to the staff) so they have type in your membership number, go into your account and check the special (as the store staff don't seem to be provided with any details regarding these discounts) and then each item has to be entered separately - even multiples of the same item - and the discount applied manually to each one. Absolute PITA for the staff and annoying for the customer (who has to wait throughout this entire process) and even more annoying for those caught up in the queue behind them!
