Carousell Fitbit Competition Terms & Conditions

1. The Promoter is Carousell, 71 Ayer Rajah Crescent, Singapore, 139951.
2. By entering the competition, all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
3. This is a game of lucky draw. Each entry will be individually judged, based upon individual the entry requirements of being a new users, installing the app and adding #ozbargain to 1 or more listings. All listings must be your own property and free of any claims that infringe on any third party rights.
4. This is a Australia only giveaway.
5. The entry period for the Carousell Fitbit competition will commence at 4pm Australian
   Eastern Standard Time on August 2nd 2016 and will close at 5pm Australian Eastern
   Standard Time on August 16th 2016. Entry Submissions after the Closing Date will not be valid. Only one entry is permitted per person. Only new Carousell accounts are eligible (those created between the competition start and end dates)
6. The Fitbit prize is non-transferable and non-redeemable for cash. The Prize cannot be exchanged for another prize. In the event that, for any reason whatsoever, a winner does not take an element of the prize at the time stipulated then that element of the prize will be forfeited by the winner and cash will not be awarded in lieu of that element of the prize. The Prize cannot be gifted to other persons in lieu of the winner not being able to claim the prize. There will be one winner in total.
7. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant submitting an entry which, in the opinion of the Promoter, includes objectionable content, including but not limited to profanity, nudity, potentially insulting, scandalous, inflammatory or defamatory images or language. The Promoter’s decision will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
8. The promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including, but not limited to, indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury which is suffered or sustained, in connection with the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by laws.
9. The prize delivery is subject to availability as determined by The Promoter. Generally this will be purchased and delivered between 3-5 business days.
10. Independent financial advice should be sought as tax implications may arise as a result of accepting the prize.
11. In the event that for any reason whatsoever a winner does not accept the prize at the time stipulated by The Promoter then the prize will be forfeited by the winner and cash will not be awarded in lieu of the prize.
12. The winner will be notified via the Carousel chat function within the app and/or email within seven (7) working days of the conclusion of the competition to claim the prize.
13. If the Promoter is unable to contact the winner within 14 days of the draw and the Promoter has made every effort to contact them with the information provided by the entrant then The Promoter will award the prize to another valid entrant.
14. You accept the right for your Ozbargain username to be used by The Promoter to notify entrants of the winning entrant (if applicable), within the Ozbargain competition post.
