Last I heard it was shut indefinitely earlier this year due to rockfall danger, so you can't swim there ATM. It's a shame coz it's a beautiful spot for a dip.
You can still look down from the clifftop though AFAIK, it's pretty impressive seeing what you can accomplish with convict labour…Corrective Services, are you listening. ;)
