I know the people who previously ran this greengrocer shop.
They told me that the nearby supermarkets would take losses on F&V and run predatory pricing campaigns. They poured many $10000s in to the money pit but had to walk away.
They ended up with debts that they are still paying. Gone from a nice waterfront home to a supported public tenancy.
Broke their hearts.
I'm wondering if this is a repeat episode with new victims.
Coles owns this area….very hard for small business to compete. Big shame because this Coles has terrible service, range and prices.
This is absurdly weird.
