[Solved] Allied Express Delivery Status 'Booked in Pick Ups'?

Hi guys long story short. Bought an item from the US from ebay and the seller decided to pick Allied Express to be the courier here. I searched up the tracking info and it said 'Booked in Pick Ups'. My question is what does that mean? Does it mean I have to call Allied Express and go pick it up from the depot or call Allied Express and book a time for the item to be delivered?

Btw, I know all about the terrible reviews on Allied Express but not much I can do about it.

Edit: Gave Allied Express a call expecting 'apparently' rude customer service and turns out it's not as bad as they make it out to be and that 'booked in pick ups' means you need to call and book a day to deliver your item. The ebay seller had no knowledge of this so thank god I gave a call.

it sounds like it's been booked for it to be picked up

    • So I assume it's waiting to be picked up by the drivers to deliver? Apparently allied express doesn't allow personal pick ups from what I've read from reviews.

  • Bought an item from the US from ebay and the seller decided to pick Allied Express to be the courier here.

how is a seller from the usa shipping with ae? ae is oz.

    • I think the item is shipped to Australia and given to the courier Allied Express to take over in delivering the item to your suburb. Allied Express is only a courier here in Australia so of course they don't do international shipping.
