Anyone Know a Good Laptop Repairer in Adelaide

Hi,
Just wondering if anyone from Adelaide, knows of a Laptop Repairer who they have been too? Or just knows of a good company they have used, with reasonable prices? As there are that many, I'd prefer not to go in cold not knowing anything about them.Don't want to be taken advantage of either being female,be nice if someone could recommend a good company which you have dealt with.
Hope you understand what I mean.
Cheers for taking the time to read this.
Appreciate any feedback :)

I'm not in Adelaide so can't suggest a repairer but you should post the brand and model of the laptop. It may help.

    • Sorry
      It's a Acer Aspire 5920 Series.
Since posting this comment, I have worked out after buying a New Battery, it's the actual charger cord and jack that's the problem, as it's very loose wben pluged into the back of computer.
So I'm not wasting anymore money as the battery cost enough, so I'll try and sell the battery on eBay.
Try get some money back for it, as I can't see battery world giving me a refund for being an idiot.
I have just used YouTube for help, then wben it wasn't charging, that's when I looked up wby and found out it's the jack that plugs into the computer.
Sorry for not doing the post correctly.
Times like this being an only child sucks. Having a brother or sister would be great, anytime having siblings would be great!
Any ideas on whats best to buy an iPad or tablet?
      Thanks again

      • Im computer tech guy to fix that will cost you around 70$ need to replace the ac jack.

        • Thanks blacklion I wasn't sure if I had to buy a new complete AC Jack charger.I
Really appreciate you letting me know that. So not as expensive as I thought.
          Many thanks for that information
          Cheers :)

$70 is a bit on the conservative side. Put it this way, the guy has to open up the laptop and then solder in a new jack.

Try leader computers but a lot of times its work people dont want to do.

        • @tonyjzx: Thanks Tonyjzx, I appreciate your comments and taking the time to reply to me.
I think it's going to cost more than I can afford, and it is am old laptop have never had any problems until now,so I am just going to leave it and look at getting a tablet. Plus even since windows 10 installed it's self & I uninstalled it, it's never been the same. So I can't afford it if AC Jack fix is going to cost up around that much.
Thanks for your help and advice I really appreciate it.

        • @3lions: just an update, I took my laptop to a repairer and he was very nice and honest and said it's an old laptop and it's not worth the cost it would be to bother fixing it. I would be better buying a new one. So I thanked him very much as I'm sure some would take it and fix it. So I've just chuckled it in the spare room.
Thank-you to everyone who helped me with their advice, I truely do appreciate it.
          Cheers :)
