So I mistakenly paid overseas in EUR using CBA debit card, I know I should have used 28 degrees instead. How screwed am I now??

The rate will be about the same but you will have to check on the banks web site to see what fees they charge like international transaction charge . But some other debit card like Citi don't charge extra
