A very cheap way to access Space Engineers and Rust - great games!

Both are fantastic games. They've both come a long way, and even though they are still marked as 'early access' they are well worth your time and money unlike most other early access titles that get abandoned.

Seems like rust has had a recent update that pissed a lot of players off.

      • +3

They're working on it. Players begged and moaned for an XP system so they made one, then players realised they preferred the old system (well, polls show it's about 50/50).

They're looking at how to have both researching and XP at the same time. I think the XP system is an improvement, and was expecting a lot of teething issues. Unfortunately people forget these days what Early Access means.

I'm up to 600 hours in Rust now. Do recommend.

I can only assume this bundle is a premeditated response to NMS

The XP system is great, I have played Rust since PsiSyndicate released his early vids and the lotto system to buy the game was not getting hammered. I like how it changes all the time, but the felling of many is reflected in the description of the Sandbox Game Shirt "A blue tshirt featuring the logo of a sandbox video game which was extremely popular in the early 21st century, before the changes". :)
        Expect to die a lot.

Kholat is around ~20USD alone. Nice post, OP.

Got Rust like 2 years ago and now they still sell it as “early access”. Really?

    • +1

You got confused early instead of Really access…

Dayz Standalone is in Alpha and was around 3 years ago, its still trash too but its price keeps rising.

  • Thanks OP, I regularly miss these bundles so I appreciate the reminder.

    • No worries! I didn't actually know there was a bundle and decided to just go to the website on a whim.

Thank you. I've been waiting for good price on Space Engineers and the other games are an awesome bonus.

    • Yep, I was waiting for Space Engineers too. Time to buy.

  • sweet deal…love the bundle

Two games off my wishlist in one fell swoop… for $1! Great bundle.

  • I've been waiting a long time for Space Engineers and Rust in a BTA bundle.. This is great. Thanks a lot.

Really wanted to try Kholat, but didn't want to spend that much on it just in case. Thanks OP for the great find.

Alreasy had Space Engineers it turns out so here is a code for anyone who wants it:
    Space Engineers: 29XIW-QHEJ5-J6QTL

    • +1

looks like someone used the code already

  • What a great deal! Was so close to getting Kholat, but was a bit iffy about the price. NOT NOW!
Really is a good bundle though. Grabbing it for sure.

  • Is Planetbase worth getting for $14?

    • I'm actually interested in this one too. Anyone here have a solid own opinion of this game?

  • It's actually pay what you want not pay $1+ so you could buy 3 games for $0.10 (but whos that cheap?)

    • +2

That is true. I should specify that $1+ is to get the steam keys.

    • You will only get 1 game if you pay less than $1, namely the one that is DRM free.

If you want three games of the first tier bundle it is $1+!

      • I stand corrected :)

      • I'd recommend going BTA (currently a little over $5) for Rust alone.
