  • Hi there rep, I emailed your team 7 days ago with a pricing issue with no response yet, can you please get someone to look at and resolve?! Request # 313.
    Thanks!

    • Hello Pizzin, we are so sorry about the delay in the response, i will inform our support staff and they should get back to yo within the next 24 hours.

  • +1

Thanks OP :) been waiting for a deal like this!

    • Received the item today! Awesome service OP :)

  • +2

awesome any deals on the new 10,000 pro power bank?

    • +3

yes we will soon put this on sale , we are currently waiting on more stock to arrive!

      • +1

Also interested in the 10,000 Pro any idea when you will get more stock?

  • +1

seems expensive? or this is a very good price? fast charging both sides?

    • -2

lol, do you know how to use the internet?

      • +1

well the OP should put the specs when posting deal so people can read them first thing

        • +2

Quite expensive, usually this 20000mAh is around $30 so if you can wait, there will be much better deals. The standard to beat is $14 per 10000mAh

        • +1

@lovepeoplenotmoney: thats what i thought. $47 is a lot for xiaomi. i can wait for shipping time.

      • +1

I honestly assumed the response was intending to be facetious because only 'yes' somewhat applied to the last of the three questions. Seller has more obligation to post specs and provide product knowledge and explain the service offered than a customer. So the matter is not about whether or not the internet is used, but whether sales principles are followed or not.

        • +2

exactly. imagine if everyone post deals with just the name and price. look at my previous posts, i even gave review links, official product page, store page, competitor page, etc.
          FULL SERVICE!

    • +1

Hey eisinwre, yes this supports fast charging on both sides

      • please copy paste specs and special features of your product when posting if possible? thanks

        • -2

if you press on the link you can go to the product and read the spec

    • +5

its a great price for AU stock and express post. I have paid $32 from aliexpress, it took weeks to arrive and ended up being a fake, i got my refund and now paying a little more for genuine and quick seems ok to me

      • How did you go about getting refund? I just received a 20K from AliExpress that is a fake as well. From what I can see you can get a 15% refund for fakes, but requires lots of photos to prove it.

        • +2

I never looked into any 15% extra I simply raised a dispute with the seller, stated my reasons (with some photos) of why it is fake and also stated I cannot ship the item back as it is illegal under australian law to send counterfeit goods (other people have stated they were unable to find a shipping method for batteries, both reasons work). Its important to include that reason in your dispute reason, because if Aliexpress step in (i.e. the seller wont simply agree) they will only make their decision based on what is in the dispute not what is in messages between you and the seller. In my experience the seller will request return and refund, and simply try and make you accept that, my advice is just wait the time period until aliexpress steps in and they will find in your favour

        • @Japius: Thanks. I will give that a try.
I was using this article to check mine.
          https://www.techmesto.com/identify-fake-xiaomi-power-bank/

  • Hey OZB's is this a good price? Ifnally thinking of getting a power bank because I am sick of my Nexus 5X running out of battery so quick, would this be suitable for my phone, Type C 3 amps

    • +3

For a genuine Xiaomi 20000 it is a great deal. $59.95 at Mushtato for comparison.

      http://www.mushtato.com.au/xiaomi-20000mah-mi-power-bank-3-6…

    • Or $30 as was sold previously when you search and scroll down the results

      • +2

difference being very slow shipping and some deals have resulted in fakes (like my last aliexpress deal from here lol)

this is a very good price for AU stock and express post

        • -1

If customers ordered when the $30 deal was posted, their power banks would be received before buying from this offer (can't even call it a deal). Essentially, GearDo (hopefully not associated with GearBest) have bought all these power banks and increased the price $17 when we just needed to buy at $30

        • +1

@lovepeoplenotmoney: Understand what you are saying however reading through the previous posts there were so many fake cases, surely they would have realised this pulled the stock if what your saying above is correct. Possibly the rep could confirm

        • @Archaleas: Good point, there should be standards and instructions as prompts for posting a deal. Included should be a photo verifying that the product sold are originals just as is done on eBay and Aliexpress

        • @lovepeoplenotmoney:

          Local stock > HK stock

As I can definitely attest from sharing the AE deas for this power bank that turned out fake.

Not to mention but I see you're having to wait a while for the Romoss you ordered from AE as well.

Sometimes a small price difference is worth it in the long run.

        • -1

@Spackbace: Look at the dates. A customer purchasing a $30 Xiaomi 20000mAh last month(s) would already have their power bank at the time of these GearDo offers for $17 less… per power bank… So 1000 power banks = $17,000 saving for customers. Unless you bought from Aukey, then your shipping is screwed up.

A photo of a genuine power bank should be standard from the seller, and included in the OP.

Great way to circumvent $17 increase in price, almost 60% price increase able to be avoided.

          https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/257421?page=1#comment-3925…

You've waited a month for one from HK, which is the normal wait time involved for HK post. Similar wait times are always noted with all HK sellers (AE, GB, EB etc)

This deal is for local stock.

Local stock will never be sold at HK prices, for obvious reasons. Thus the price difference to get it within a week, vs within a month. What do you want an Aussie store to do, buy at HK price and only add an extra couple of bucks…? Good luck! And good luck to that store staying in business.

Mushtato are always more expensive than HK, even when on special, yet people know they're getting the item a lot sooner.

        • -3

@Spackbace: Compare what date you will get local stock when ordered today. Now compare that date with buying from China when those bargains were posted. Obviously China stock from back then arrives before local stock bought today. Do you understand the basis of comparison and why the extra $17 is easily avoided?

        • +2

          @lovepeoplenotmoney:

Yes, and do you realise some people will spend the extra to have it sooner? For whatever reason they have, they don't want to wait 4-5 weeks for their item to arrive?

        • -2

@Spackbace: So the $30 bargain offered in mid Jul have already arrived. Clearly, power banks already arrived from the $30 bargain are earlier than the power banks ordered at the time of this $47 offer. Meaning, extra $17 was paid for the same power banks to arrive at a later date, which the $47 offer is 'around the time' the $30 power banks arrived….

  • +2

    Bought one! Thanks!!

    • have you received your item yet?

      • Im in Sydney, got mine Tuesday.

  • +8

After purchasing I got the coupon code GEARJS16 for $5 off. Code is generic and appears to only work for orders over $50. You can add a USB light for use with your 20000mAh Powerbank and get the lot for $45.90 delivered.

    • +1

thanks, that makes the deal more enticing!

    • +1

thanks for the tip - got one too!

    • Code is invalid :(

      • Was your order over $50?

        • +2

Sure was! Rep said it was a bug, but they've fixed it now. See below.

        • @j4ck: Was good while it lasted :)

    • have you received your item yet? still yet to receive mine. online chat service are saying that there is a "network issue" so they are unable to let me know what my tracking number is.

  • +1

don't think this one does fast output, only mention 5v 3.6A total output, which is likely not QC2.0 compatible.

    • +1

you are right, it only qc itself and not the device its charging

  • Hi there ! This coupon code should only work with none discounted goods it was working due to a system error and We Have now fix the error from our back end. Cheers !!

    • Sent you a PM re coupon code before system error was fixed.

    • +4

Same product, but GearDo's delivery ETA is 2-3 days, while BangGood's ETA is "7-25 business days". GearDo is Australian stock (with additional consumer protections) opposed to BangGood which I assume is from Hong Kong/China.

  • Is there anyway you can charge a Macbook Pro with these? (Magsafe 2 connection not Type C)

    • Not really. The MacBook pro will need too much power. The MagSafe 2 Wall Charger is 85W right?

  • Just looking at previous deals it seems we can often get 2x 10,000 powerbanks for this price or less. Any reason why that isn't a better option?

    • different 10k models, charge speeds, weight/size,

  • +1

Please do a deal on the thin 5000mAh power banks! <3

    • also waiting for a deal on the thin 5000mAh ones for the overseas trip! please do one soon :)

      • +2

I actually just bought this! https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/261473
Since the post was updated to say: "The item in this promotion is shipped from Sydney, most of the order will be dispatched 1-3 working days."

Would've rathered buying from GearDo though - bought the 20000mAh one from them recently and it was fast shipping & confirmed it as a genuine product on Xiaomi's website.

  • Is this a sale price how long will the it be at this price

  • +1

This has fast charge both charge it self and charge my phone right?

    • +1

Pretty sure it only fast charges the power bank itself

  • Hi Rep, I placed an order on Friday before the sale based on a recommendation from friend who received shipment notification within 10minutes and shipping the following day.
