TV Aerial Cable Missing! Samsung UA55F8000

Hey guys

Moved to a new place then realised the TV the landlord provided is missing the aerial cable.

Haven't got the net set up yet so would love to watch some olympics and catch up the news in the meantime.

Could someone please let me know if any cable on eBay would do or do I need to purchase one specifically designed for this TV?

Thanks heaps!

You mean the cable from the wall socket to your TV? This is not the land lords responsibility. You can get one from any two dollar shop.

    • Yes that's it! Lol haven't used a TV for so long and wanted to watch something 😂Took me 2 mins to realise oh there's no cable hence no signal!

So any cable would do?! Many thanks!

      • Yep any cable will do, bunnings will have it too.

Just go to $2 shop and source one from there, should be less than $10, go now and stop whining here

  • I got the '1.5 m Antenna cable to F Type' cable from the Good Guys ($9.95) since my wall socket was a screw-in type…

  • Its more than likely that the antenna point the OP is expecting to operate for free to air TV is actually a Foxtel point.

If there's no cable there the likely scenario is the previous person used Foxtel.
