Sending Goods Australia Wide, Cheaper than Auspost?

I encountered someone online who suggested an alternative and I can't recall who it was.

I want to send a package which a modem came in to me (Archer D9) - it's about 45cm x 35cm x 15cm - bubble wrap extra large envelope basically.
I'd estimate it weighs around 5kg in total.

Does anyone know a way to send this? Note I don't own a car, I live near an AusPost post office though, any tips or is Auspost really my only choice here?

Tired of their insanely expensive rates, I'm gonna guess this will be $30 AUD to ship even slowly.

    Try Sendle.

    • Thanks, looks like it'll work in around the $20 range which is pretty decent.
      Edit: could be $19 or $25 - Auspost MIGHT be $17 OR $29 - we'll see tomorrow.

      • I've found Sendle to be good so far, as well as the cheapest. I also had to contact them with a question recently, and they responded to my email within 20 minutes.

  • try interparcel.com.au

  • where are you sending it to?

  • i use sendle for everything now except when posting to rural areas or to WA
