Does anyone have experience with this store? I really don't know much about them so I would appreciate your advice. :)
They have been around for a long time and have a good rep. I have bought lots of refurbs from them over the last 10 years with no issues.

I've bought items from them before. They have new stock, refurbished stock, and scratch and dent stock. It's all clearly marked. They have good prices, there competitors didn't want to price match said it was all damaged stock which it clearly isn't.
Yes they have been around for a long time. Bought a fridge from them (got a dent on the side otherwise as good as new) when I was a uni student, and that was almost 2 decades ago :P
I live in Sydney, I bought my fridge, 2 tv, gas heater and freezer from them before, they were all good. I have been using them since 2009. But I'm not sure about the one in Melbourne.
