  • Good prices for these watches, $2 delivery is good as well (Inc. in the $62)

  • "not in box" - why is there no box? How do you ship it?

    • I think it would just be in a plain packaging, e.g it's not in pretty retail box, just OEM packaging.

I bought one of these from Redbird about 3 weeks ago. It cost me $72 (they said they couldn't go any lower …yeah?????)
It came shipped loose inside a jiffy bag with a piece of foam inside the band and a multi language instruction book.

The watch is good and has some clever features although I must admit I didn't realise it only had a 3 month warranty.

This watch could be bought cheaper (than I bought it for) on Ebay supplied with a 12 Month warranty and a "case", shipped from Singapore. The warranty is supplied by the seller. Obviously all thes factors have to be weighed up before purchasing.

In hindsight I probably should have bought one from EBay, I was trying to do the right thing by buying from an Australian based supplier, and looked what happened, 3 weeks later, 10 dollars cheaper which is about 14%.

Sour grapes??? maybe but I am a bit dissapointed that in trying to do the right thing I have lost out.

At this price I still don't think it's a bargain but a reasonable watch at a reasonable price.

  • there's a couple on ebay for 1c starting but i really hate stuffing around with paypal and ebay especially singapore

i think that rubber strap one for $57 shipped may be a better choice if you wanna save a few bucks

casio steel bands are crap anyway

Less from established, track proven eBay sellers with paypal buyer protection.

    • Aww come on mate they've been spamming OzB for a while now they must be pretty well established :)
