Anyone in here purchasing lot(s) in either Mickleham or Kalkallo? Can you please share why did you decide or did not decide to purchase a lot in either of these areas. Which estate / developers you went with? And if you did not buy here, but was considering, what made you change your decision? And where did you buy?

Hey Rashed, I know a guy who bought in Mickleham, not sure which builder he went with but the work was horrendous. He also has to pay $300 a year for pest-control and this only covers one treatment a year. He has to deal with rodents constantly. Just something to bear in mind with if you plan to buy around there.
