Need to hire internal scaffolding for stairwell light fixture. Electrician came out on Monday and said he'd look in to it but hasn't gotten back to me yet. Needs to be about 3.5m high at its steepest.
Where do I look? What's the cheapest safest way to do it?

I've always figured they were mutually exclusive when it comes to construction equipment.
