I tried to order product at the advertised price, and found the web site was a much higher price. I called them to advise them I wanted to buy at the publicly advertised price, they told me that they just needed to fix the system and would call me back. No call back, they just changed the ad to a higher price, called them back to get the advertised deal, and was told that the first price was a mistake, after talking to management and suggested that this was a bait and switch, I was told to email the details and they would honour the deal. Again no response, chased them after the weekend and was basically blown off with an email. Went to the website to check what they had offered and they still haven't got it right.
They promise free shipping in the ad, and then charge on the website!
