MeU Mobile issues

Has anyone else had trouble with getting assistance from MeU Mobile?

I have been trying to contact them over the past few days unsuccessfully. Have tried calling, voice messages & sending help requests from their website to no avail.

    • I've used it before but now I have no idea where it's accessed

      • I haven't used it, but it might be the button at the top of their website which says 'Live chat'

        • Well that simple answer was extremely helpful. I had it opened in a browser that didn't display the page correctly (facepalm)

          No wonder why it wasn't showing up!

    • You are indeed correct. They have somehow found a way to stuff up my personal details so that I cannot port out

        Not "somehow".

        Most of these low cost carriers have been known to purposely make errors on your account so that you either cannot port out or you simply become tired after seeing multiple port requests failing.

        All of this means that you remain as one of their customers and that gives them direct access to your wallet.

        • Sounds like a hassle to get out of. Have you had personal experience with these types of situations?

  • These guys are ridiculous.
    I have tried to call many times in the last week.

    • I noticed that earlier on they did call back, however it seems that nobody responds.

      Also their Live Chat function now goes straight to a message that they mightn't reply to.

      The other thing I've noticed is that the visitor posts on their Facebook page disappeared on the 27th of August.
