No they are not all French. In fact we've had so much success and demand with Whiskeys that we have increased the variety available. There are Scotch whiskeys that the manufacturing process is completed in France (Michel Couvreur) and the founder is obviously french as well.

We import 800 different types of bottles that we stock at our office in Melbourne, so there is no drop shipping involved. We also invite customers to actually come to our office - we have our entire catalog on the 2nd floor and customers are free to try samples before making any purchases.

To be quite honest, the Cognacs and Armagnacs (which could be a potential choice for you, Armagnac is very similar to Cognac but not as well known) are very high in quality, regardless of the maker. The main reason is that the production of Cognacs and Armagnacs is regulated in France under strict conditions. So what's mostly going to make a difference is the age.
As for Single malt whiskeys, that one is easy, simply go with Michel Couvreur (Scotch whiskey). I have tried every single of them and there's a reason why we usually run out pretty quickly every month.
