I cannot see any real bargains when I looked at a few things i've been tracking.

Stay away stay away stay away. The worst store in Australia. Terrible service. Just Google to see what people go through before you place your order.

I find their service face to face pretty average. Well, the reports of that one woman on google are pretty accurate. The other guys are super helpful. The online business is run separately though, and I've had no issues with them.

I've placed a few orders, always been OK.
I can't give experience about the instore experience but online was a nightmare. If you look around it won't be a challenge to find numerous others that have had problems.
She goes home early on a Thursday, so do all your in-store shopping then! :P

Stores like this should be banned from ozbargain.
Will always warn against this group. It takes effort to treat customers as poorly as they do.

I've personally had a bad experience also, took 3 months and a trip to Fair Trading NSW to get a refund for an unprocessed order. The facebook page was the same bad reviews until they deleted it and made a new one.
Their online store is not run by the same people as the physical sydney store either, so be cautious.
Yeah past experience with them was disappointing. Don't order anything you are in a hurry for and be prepared to keep pushing them to make sure it get's through processing and shipped out.
$28 for Pokemon theme decks. This place for real?
If everything wasn't already 30-40% marked up this'd be a good deal.
