Can you recommend any cheaper and smaller alternatives that work well? Don't want nothing dodgy, as the bikes would be hanging above a 140k car. Need 3 to suit a fixed, hybrid and mountain bike.

Does this put any stress onto the Carbon Fibre Top Tube of a bike? I have an expensive aero bike and I normally avoid anything that clamps onto the top tube for fear of stressing the carbon and potentially weakening it.

  This does not clamp, it simply sits on it's own weight. I would have no problems using a Cycloc with a high end carbon bike.
