  • a take-away food container would probably be the cheapest…
a plastic cup with a staple in the end…

how high is the loop, i imagine 40mm…

could always market them as "Flat-PacK Ribbon Bows", add premium price for "Fully Formed Ribbon Bows

    • Almost 20mm

  • get a piece of thin but rigid cardboard. Cut to the envelope shape but smaller. Put the bow on the cardboard clip down.

Then cling wrap the bow and card tightly together. Compress the bow by wrapping packing tape around the top of the packet around the edges of the card.

Might have to send you a picture. The cling wrap/tape keeps the weight down. And you can use compression without getting the bow sticky.

You can also wrap just the bow in cling wrap if you prefer.

    • Thank you

  • no worries. If you can't get it under 20mm using that method you are not going to.

  • Did you ask the buyer for photo proof, I doubt they would have been damaged if packed in a bubble wrap envelope.

I have had people claim damage just to get the item for free, when asked to return the item for refund they mysteriously stop communication and leave positive feedback.

Buyer sent me photo proof. I offer her for refund but the buyer refused

oh one other choice, are they too big/thick for a cd case? Oh and you may not need to use a padded bag if yu are packing better.

    • Thank you so much natt . I like your first idea . Now I will try that one

  • glad to help. Another bonus of the cling wrap is it protects from spills/rain on the fabric
