Hey Ozbargainers. I'm looking to travel to Asia with my family from 24th December for about 10 days. Looking to fly into Sing / KL/ Bali (depends on the fare)
Can I still expect there to be any flight sales for this period ? Have I left it too late ?

In the same boat as you wanting to go away for a week or so after Xmas. Wife and I are thinking maybe Bali but I don't think any great deals will come up :(
You might be surprised. If you fly on the 25th instead, you might get cheaper flights.
Your timing will probably make it tough but keep looking - you just never know.
And when you find something cheap on Air Asia or Tiger or Scoot or whatever - go get Jetstar to price-beat and save a few extra $$$
There won't be any sales, I can't remember ever seeing any sale for travel over Christmas/New Year. You just have to shop around. This search may give you a starting point:

And that search does reveal Seoul for $874 on Air China which seems very decent for Christmas.
You can get cashback on different sites which will probably be worth it if you're spending a few thousand.

Probably too late now. But if you spend some time on searching for various combinations of locations/dates on few different search engines like skyscanner, kayak, etc. you might still get something. Good luck!
