    EDIT And which room type it applies to?

      Sorry, there's no further information at this stage that I could find. I'll be assuming that the base price applies to the base room type on each property.

      Current base prices should be found via their respective booking websites.

    Normal starting pricing for Holiday Inn $220.
    Normal Starting price for InterContinental Hotel $415.
    AS mentioned these prices are available by searching either Hotels on the net.
    The pricing I believe goes up by roughly $30, which means you could get a room at the Hoiday Inn from $99 - $500. The $99 is for a standard room only.
