yeah MT51 generally accepted as an outstanding tyre. cant speak for other models however.

Looking to change the current crappy Taiwanese tyres on my parents' 2003 Nissan X-Trial. I can see there are four different series of Geolanders, how are they different?
they are different tyres - generally an xtrail would run HT (highway terrain) or a generic SUV/road tyre.
The others - AT (all terrain) & MT (Mud terrain) are targeted at proper 4x4's with a much larger % of off-road use.
Bought a set of the HT G056 tyres. Seems like a new model only released last year.
Time for a few new Yokie Squeelers on the Subie :)
