For those of us in Brisbane's south west, I was wandering around Mt Ommaney Shopping Centre this morning (funnily enough, whilst waiting on a watch battery change for my watch at another jeweller) when I came across a big sale at the Angus & Coote store. Turns out they're closing that store, so there are a lot of big specials, including 50% off Seiko, Pulsar, Citizen, Armani and a few other brands. Reasonable selection on the Seiko, Pulsar and Citizen ranges, not much on the Armani, didn't look too closely at other stuff.
Picked up a Pulsar PX5011X Solar Chronograph for $149.50, well under eBay prices, and got wifey an Armani Marco which was $274.50 which was around $40-50 under what you could probably find it for on eBay, but with retail and proper warranty support. The Seiko, Pulsar and Citizen pricing looked particularly keen.
I think they've got around two weeks or so left but stocks are running down.
Were there any of those Pulsars left?
