People actually pay for Q tags? I got some for free and they've been nothing but trouble - often I have to take them off at the airport.

  What kind of trouble? They're just tags with rfid. Why would you need to take them off unless they're attached to you directly??
  Agree not sure why anyone would purchase directly unless they have tons of luggage. Anyone?

    I've been asked when not flying qantas to remove them as they'd had issues with bags ending up on the wrong flight. No issues recently. Do they really make anything actually easier from a consumer point of view, worth paying for, probably not.

      Oh wow that's crazy! I only use them as luggage tags. I believe they may help at domestic check in - though can't work out how. And they're a little more rugged than a standard thin plastic luggage tag.
