The seller (DWI) won't accept Credit card, so I need to use Paypal but I don't have enough funds in my PayPal account so I have to transfer it from by bank account, but that could take 3 days (NAB) and I would miss out on the 15% off Ebay promo. Is there anyway around this issue.

When I added the credit card in Paypal, it doesn't show up on the list of cards to 'Add Money' from only the Bank account is there.
edit: I bought the item ebay chose the Credit card, I didn't have to use add money.

If you have a balance in your account, paypal will automatically use that first before any other cards. If you want to use your credit card, I would suggest withdrawing your paypal balance and then try again. This happened to me ages ago and couldn't figure out why I couldn't use my credit card through paypal.
are any of your accounts linked to PayPal?
PayPal can direct debit your bank account, or your CC.
Also, you need to pay via PayPal to get the 15% off eBay purchases anyway.
