I ordered a Kogan sim card last week and it was shipped the day after. However, i still have not received this sim card yet.
Anyone knows how long it may take and kogan ships it as a letter or a parcel which requires my signature?

Lol I remember people ordering 20-25 sim cards when it first went free some time ago… It took 2 days for mine to be delivered from the time it got shipped. Have a chat with their sales team and they will most likely just send a new one (it's free!) :)

I ordered 2 sim cards and also had to wait 4 business days post-shipment.

Ironically, this year I've finally started getting shipments from China within 10 business days. It's as if Australia Post wants to screw over Australian businesses.
Mine arrived in a couple of days (shipped from Melbourne). Were you greedy by any chance?
my plan expires tonight, now i will probably go to coles or aldi tomorrow to get a sim from them.

When I ordered them earlier in the year, they arrived within about 3-4 business days.
I ordered mine on Sunday and still haven't received mine. :(
I ordered kogan SIM card on the 31 of Aug and still not arrived.
Made another order on the 14 of Sept and still waiting for that too.
